This historical theater is well known for being one of the mosted haunted locations in Kentucky. They offer Ghosts Walks every Friday and Saturday in October and paranormal investigations. The theater also has a state of the art new projector and sound system to show movies, new and old. Roh's also offers several play productions throughout the year as well as musical skits and more. Museum Building Front DoorThe Cynthiana Harrison County Museum

Located at 124 South Walnut Street, Our community's Historical museum offers displays of educational, military, agriculture, industry, religion, medical, models, and many other subjects relating to Cynthiana and Harrison County. There is no admission charged to visit the museum. Call to schedule tours for groups. Historical books and prints are available for purchase at the museum.

Veterans MemorialBattle Grove Cemetery

A well known Civil War Memorial Cemetery. Early in the morning, June 12, 1864, the last battle of Cynthiana was fought on this site. General John H. Morgan and his forces captured Cynthiana on the previous day and defeated Union forces at the battle of Kellar's bridge.           

Fishing in the RiverThe Licking River

The river is considered by ecologists to provide a unique ecosystem in the region.The lower river is considered to be a habitat for the relatively rare native muskellunge.The river basin supports several other fish species, including: redside dacemimic shinerstreamline chubslender madtomblue sucker, paddlefish, and eastern sand.There are more than 50 species of freshwater mussels, of which 11 are endangered.The watershed provides wetland stopover habitats for about 250 species of migratory birds, an unusually high number. Several state and federal agencies, as well as private organizations such as The Nature Conservancy work to protect the diversity of this important habitat.

Quiet Trails State Nature Preserve consists of 165 acres of ridges and ravines bordering the Licking River in Harrison County

Wall MuralThe Walking Dead Mural

Located on the side of Rohs Opera House, behind Field and Main Bank in downtown Cynthiana. The mural was commissioned by the Cynthiana Arts Council and completed by Artist Sergio Odeith in 5 days. The mural was completed in July 2016, right before Walking Dead Day held August 6th. It is said to be the largest Walking Dead Mural in the US.
